The coronavirus pandemic started to hit America hard when it started in March and many people decided that they’ll stay in their houses to quarantine for however long it takes. This was the case for DJ Khaled, despite many states reopening much of their economies in May.
Khaled just took to his Instagram account to post himself in a disinfectant suit with him saying this is the first time he’s left his house in three and a half months. The We The Best CEO cited now the virus is serious and that he has kids and doesn’t play games.
It’s surprising that Khaled hasn’t released any new collabs with artists since March. Since he’s finally coming out of his shell now, maybe we can finally get a summer anthem. His last project was his 11th studio album, ‘Father of Asahd’ in May of 2019. It was highlighted by singles such as “Just Us” by SZA and “Higher” with John Legend and Nipsey Hussle.
