Out here, the grind is real for DJ Khaled, as he worked his whole career for this position. Now, he is out here hotter than all of the rappers making moves. That’s saying a lot, because Future and Kendrick Lamar are turning in career years.
Then, younger guys like YFN Lucci, Tory Lanez, Migos, and their standout member, Quavo, are really making it happen. But, Khaled had to stand in the background for a long time. It’s fitting that Khaled now walks, side-by-side, with Jay Z.
DJ Khaled has delivered many anthems, over the years, now he is making definite bangers. His new music, such as “Wild Thoughts,” featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, are classic, and timeless records. No question as to why Grateful debuted at number one on Billboard.
