DJ Akademiks says Joe Budden warned Complex, for months, that he may leave #EverydayStruggle, that he chose Nadeska to moderate, and says he is renegotiating his own contract + Says Whoo Kid has jitters, doing the show [VIDEO]

This spring, Complex took a gamble on DJ Akademiks and Joe Budden and it worked. Literally, a “First Take” for hip hop in “Everyday Struggle” that became a popular show. Everybody loved to hate this show, as hip hop fans woke up looking forward to insulting these two.

After coming up with the “paternity leave” excuse, Joe Budden continued saying he left the show. When DJ Whoo Kid started, this week, as the replacement, he said Budden was returning. Now, Joe saying he isn’t coming back is confirmed.

No one is closer to the situation than DJ Akademiks and he has now explained what happened. Going live on his Twitch, Akademiks said that Joe Budden has warned Complex, for months. Speaking on his own situation, Akademiks said his contract is soon due, and that Whoo Kid gets the jitters before filming.
