Because of Atlanta, the rest of Georgia is primarily overlooked. However, Georgia is a large state and it is full of talent. Dating back to the early days of James Brown, Georgia has been full of musical talent. Close to the South Carolina border, Savannah, Georgia is a beautiful, talented city.
DJ A-Rod is a key figure on the Savannah hip hop scene. Due to the rising popularity of the internet, there are various ways for people to connect, which has helped hip hop grow. One thing the internet has yet to overcome, however, is physical content. Savannah is a city often overlooked, but it is a valuable area.
Hood Affairs TV recently talked to DJ A-Rod and he talked about some of the projects he has in the works. During his interview, DJ A-Rod spoke on his upcoming movie role, where he will co-star with Danny Glover. DJ A-Rod went on to talk about his and the Hit Squad DJs movement and their popularity.
