Just an FYI for everybody who may have missed it, this year’s NBA season tips off on October 17, instead of October 31-November 1. That’s one of many things Adam Silver is trying to do differently. But, July still remains as the heart of the offseason.
Towards the end of the regular season, Devin Booker really stole the show. During a late season game against the Boston Celtics, Booker made up for the Phoenix Suns’ lopsided loss. In the game, which did go into overtime, Devin Booker scored 70 points.
Because of his heroic performance, Devin Booker is hailed by many as the future of the NBA. Despite this, there are some statistics that say he has a lot of room for improvement. Due to his limited all-around game, Devin Booker is considered the worst player to average 20 points a game at 20 years old.
