Hip hop has evolved from a hobby and a lifestyle thing to a multibillion dollar industry. One of the first hip hop moguls was Daymond John, the founder/CEO of FUBU. Early in his company’s history, Daymond John got LL Cool J to represent the brand.
FUBU was a leading brand in the clothing world for close to a full decade. However, all good things come to an end and FUBU lost its dominance. But, a man doesn’t forget how to be a millionaire once he becomes one, so Daymond John jumped into new ventures.
Daymond John stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he talked to only DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God. During their interview, he discussed The Power of Broke, his new music. He would also speak on his role with “Shark Tank,” his business interests, and much more.
