David Bates, owner of Viper Products, in Arkansas, defends racist comments from his employee, accuses black person of supporting an anti-American group, and says BLM supporters should apologize for being anti-American, if his employee has to apologize for their comments [PHOTOS]

David Bates is the owner of Viper Products, which is based in Arkansas. The businessman was brought into a disagreement between a black consumer and his employee, on Facebook. The consumer expected the company to condemn their employee, but David Bates, himself spoke to the person, defending his employee, telling the person that his employee exercised freedom of speech, there's nothing wrong with having an opinion, and his opinion is that the person is supporting an anti-American group (presumably Black Lives Matter?), and if the person wants his employee to apologize for his comment, they need to apologize for supporting anti-American groups.By Bossyy

Being a business owner is a tough position, because every company has a code of ethics. There is also the decisions business owners make, regarding their employees. Sometimes, employees have to be let go for violating company policy, other situations are more blurred.

David Bates is a business owner, who was pulled into a situation, involving one of his employees. Apparently, one of his employees got into a Facebook argument with a black person. Those comments are not currently available.

However, the offended black person messaged Viper Products LLC, on Facebook about the employee, accused of making racist comments. Here, they encountered David Bates who stood by his employee, and then some. He not only defended his employee, Bates also accused the black person of supporting an anti-American group, and saying they should apologize for being anti-American, if his employee should apologize for his comments.
