Tonight, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump face off in their first of three Presidential Debates. Obviously, one of the main topics will be the cops on blacks violence. While there is a lot of talking about these situations, little is being done to bring actual justice.
Instead, it appears as though cops are finding craftier ways to continue their violence. Not too far from Hip-HopVibe.com’s North Carolina home, there are more questionable moves being made. Danville, Virginia is just north of NC and the cops have a new rule.
When they stop someone on the highway, they are now popping the hood. Coincidentally, the dashcam will not pick up what is going on in the front of the vehicle, where the stopped car will be. Likely, this is to avoid more footage of what goes beyond police brutality.
