These past few weeks have seen DaBaby receiving all kinds of backlash. The Charlotte rapper performed at Rolling Loud, in Miami, and made controversial comments. His comments were aimed at men who sleep with both women and men.
DaBaby would begin seeing his name removed from several festivals. Unfortunately, for him, he saw a lot of his bookings dwindle. As people demanded an apology, he doubled down on his original comments, saying he wasn’t sorry about what he said.
Receiving continued backlash, DaBaby issued an apology, sharing it on his Instagram. People said his PR wrote the apology, not him, and not long after, the apology disappeared from his IG. Because of this, fans have been targeting the Charlotte rapper, on Twitter, sending him tons of insults for removing his apology to the LGBTQ+ community.
