DaBaby Has Been Pulled Out of Lollapalooza Sunday Night Lineup, After Homophobic Comments Made at Rolling Loud, About People With AIDS/HIV

Day four of Lollapalooza in Chicago is going down today, as its the last day of the festival’s 2021 dates. They’ve bounced back in a major way, by welcoming over 100,000 fans every day this week. Tonight is expected to bring in 150,000.

DaBaby won’t be part of tonight, as Lollapalooza has cut him from the lineup. This is due to the homophobic comments made, as well as statements about people with HIV/AIDS, at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami last weekend. Lollapalooza has since left a statement, explaining how the Charlotte rapper doesn’t fit in to diversity, inclusivity, respect, and love.

“Lollapalooza was founded on diversity, inclusivity, respect, and love. With that in mind, DaBaby will no longer be performing at Grant Park tonight.”

Baby was originally scheduled to hit the stage at 9PM, but now, Young Thug will fill that time, on the Bud Light Seltzer Stage.  Herbo will also be on at 4PM, on the T-Mobile Stage.

Baby’s original comments on stage at RL were “If you didn’t show up today with HIV/AIDS or other STDs that’ll make you die in 2-3 weeks” and “Fellas, if you didn’t suck a n***a d**k in the parking lot.”

Baby was also supposedly pulled out of the Parklife Festival, which is supposed to take place in Manchester, England, this fall. His team reportedly said that Baby dropped out of this on his own months ago though, due to seeing other events getting canceled over COVID-19 concerns.
