Towards the end of season eleven, of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” NeNe Leakes fell out with all the girls. After seemingly finding peace with Kandi, a nice bond formed with Cynthia. Despite some tense moments, Kandi and Cynthia became good friends.
A changed NeNe came and fit right in, despite Kenya being one of her least favorites. But, last season, Kenya Moore wasn’t a part of the cast, but she still appeared in the finale. That angered NeNe, as it was her event, and she said Cynthia and Kandi were in on it.
Dismissing any talk of friendship, even with Cynthia, despite their closeness, NeNe said “The door is closed.” Cynthia has moved on with her life, anyway, opening The Bailey Wine Cellar. Releasing her business hours, Cynthia’s place is closed Monday-Wednesday, and it says “THE DOOR IS CLOSED” on those days.
Many saw the shade and think Cynthia is poking fun at NeNe, with this promotional.
