With his new album, No Dope on Sundays, out, CyHi The Prynce has thrust himself into the spotlight. As lyrics are becoming a factor in hip hop, again, CyHi The Prynce has become massively popular. Every time he comes with new music, he shuts things down.

CyHi The Prynce has been making his media rounds, for promotion of this album. Before releasing the new project, CyHi The Prynce announced he left Def Jam. While CyHi had ties to G.O.O.D. Music, he was always signed to Def Jam, but dealt with G.O.O.D.

Joe Budden, DJ Akademiks, and Nadeska Alexis sat CyHi The Prynce down for today’s “Everyday Struggle.” Their conversation had them ranking the 2010-2011 G.O.O.D. Friday songs and the state of G.O.O.D. Music. He also spoke on the release of his new album.
