Back when Lil Wayne was fighting for the top spot in the game and he just started Young Money, Curren$y was the first artist signed. Staying on the label for two years, Curren$y left the label in 2007. Upon his departure, Curren$y teamed up with Dame Dash at the new Roc-A-Fella Records.
When Curren$y joined Roc-A-Fella, he released the first two editions of his acclaimed Pilot Talk series. Eventually, Curren$y would leave the label and take legal action against Dash. Now, the New Orleans rapper is the captain of his own team, Jet Life.
This afternoon, Curren$y finally responded to his fans who have eagerly anticipated him to release a third edition of the Pilot Talk series. Answering these requests, Curren$y recently revealed the project was in the works. When he got on Twitter, Curren$y revealed Pilot Talk 3 was coming on April 4.
