After going back and forth, Cuba Gooding Jr. decides to turn himself in to the New York Police Department following the allegations against him about groping a woman at a nightclub over the weekend. After turning himself in, Gooding Jr., was arrested and charged with one count of misdemeanor forcible touching.
In a police report, Gooding’s accuser said that the actor grabbed her breast while out at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge on Sunday night in Manhattan. She also claims that he was “highly intoxicated” leading to a verbal altercation that escalated and had to be stopped by security.
While Gooding, who arrived about 2 p.m. wearing a suit, has denied that any inappropriate behavior took place… Det. Denise Moroney told The Hollywood Reporter, “Mr. Gooding is in custody.”
Since, Gooding has been seen escorted out of the building in handcuffs by officers.
