After years of criticism from within the hip hop community about the newer artists, it seems as if everyone is uniting. Struggling hip hop scenes in New York and Los Angeles are returning to prominence and the veterans are releasing new music. Going on two decades, Cormega has been in the game. Never has Cormega been a superstar, but he has been known as one of the top lyricists.
Given the time, and classic music, he has put into the game, Cormega’s opinion weighs heavily in the hip hop culture. Recently, AllHipHop.com caught up with the Nas affiliate and talked about a few of the projects he has in the works. In the interview, they asked Cormega who influenced him and also who his favorite emcees of all-time are.
