A few days ago, a woman was recorded by her friend vandalizing a Nipsey Hussle mural in Hartford, Connecticut. Her friend was boosting her ego but told her not to spray anything over his face. This was all definitely for attention as she took to Facebook to downplay what she had done.
Hartford police are now defending this clout-chaser’s actions which she should be arrested for. They aren’t taking the situation serious as they said it’s an area “welcome to art and graffiti,” per The Blast. Another case of white privilege is evident here too.
“Lots of people are calling for action regarding the Nipsey Hussle mural being partially sprayed over,” said Hartford Police. “Please understand that the Heaven Skate Park has been declared an area welcome to graffiti/art. Dozens of murals have been altered or sprayed over during the years.”
Nipsey fans have supposedly already fixed the damage and got the mural back to 100%. They should continue to call for her arrest. Check out the woman defacing the mural and taking selfies in front of it below.
