City Girls Star, JT, Officially Released From Halfway House; Will Be on Probation For a Year and Perform 200 Hours of Community Service

City Girls star, JT, was released from federal prison into a halfway house as she would spend the rest of her sentence there. She was incarcerated due to identity theft charges involving credit cards. Now, she’s officially done with her time in the halfway house as she was released on March 6, according to TMZ.

Despite her being free now, JT will still be on probation for a year. Restrictions also include drug tests within the first 15 days, 200 hours of community service, and not being in possession of any controlled substances or firearms.

JT sadly went into prison when she and Yung Miami blew up as a group in the summer of 2018. That May, they released their debut mixtape “Period” which featured the singles “Take Yo Man” and “Where The Bag At.” Later that year, they released their debut album “Girl Code” which featured the hits “Season” featuring Lil Baby and “Twerk” feat. Cardi B.

After her release from federal prison, JT released her “First Day Out” record. At this point, we may see more music from City Girls be released since JT is out. Expect the group’s sophomore album to be released sometime this year as well.
