Last month, City Girls had another huge hit on their hands. This was with the release of their “Twerkulator” single. This record debuted at number 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and fans loved the music video for it as well. Those were release two and a half weeks later. The Miami duo also performed this song at the BET Awards in Los Angeles last month.
Yung Miami and JT have now revealed on their Instagram stories that their third studio album is also on the way. Each posted photos of themselves in a recording studio, as Miami confirmed the album by saying “Album on The Way.”
Last summer, City Girls released their sophomore album, “City On Lock.” This project began to leak online, so the two were forced to release this project a bit earlier than expected. Nonetheless, it still debuted at number 29 on the Billboard 200 chart, and was led by hit singles such as “Jobs” and “P*ssy Talk” feat. Doja Cat.
As of now, there is not an official title for City Girls’ third album, nor a release date. Stay tuned for those updates on HHV.
