Chris Brown Reportedly May Sign Record Deal With Quality Control Music

Chris Brown might sign with Quality Control Music

Chris Brown is recognized as one of the greatest artists of this generation, whether its in R&B or pop. Now, Brown looks like hw will be signing another huge record deal, after being with RCA and Jive Records since 2004. Brown also was able to receive all of his masters from RCA, in 2019.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Brown has been having discussions with Quality Control Music about signing to their label. QC is home to hip-hop stars such as Migos, City Girls, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, Lakeyah, and more. Kevin “Coach K” Lee and Pierre “P” Thomas both run the company.

Terms of this possible QC deal have yet to be revealed. If Brown does join this roster, that will go on to prove that QC is still one of the most dominant record labels in the music industry, all while being an independent one.

Over the weekend, Brown also performed at Rolling Loud, where he was joined by Young Thug. In 2020, the two had one of the biggest hits in the industry, with “Go Crazy.” The remix also went on to be released this past February, and included Future, Lil Durk, and Latto.
