42 year-old Black Panther actor, Chadwick Boseman, was rushed to Santa Monica Medical Center’s emergency room this past weekend. The SAG Award winner was admitted Sunday morning and accompanied by his fiancée for the duration of his unexpected stay.

An official statement regarding the status of his health has not been released as of yet, but Boseman was photographed Tuesday afternoon being escorted out of the medical center in a wheelchair wearing a black hoodie, face mask, and white blanket. The actor’s face may have been covered, but not enough to hide the fact that he is looking extremely thin compared to how the public has seen him as recent as this past year. Chadwick Boseman is currently preparing to film Black Panther 2 said to be released in May of 2022, but will his health become a concern for directors and cast members?

Boseman is also scheduled to film Yasuke, a sci-fi series following an African Samurai; As well as a new series The Black Child with cast members that include Halle Berry, Common, and Mike Epps.

Whether or not Chadwick is a victim of the coronavirus is heavily in question, but not yet determined. Regardless of what is taking place in his life, all of us at Hip-HopVibe.com wish him a speedy, healthy, and peaceful recovery.

What are your thoughts? Should Chadwick Boseman focus on rehabilitation or try to thug it out and return to work as soon as possible?
