Out of a negative, a positive was born. The success of Meek Mill did place a major spotlight back onto the city of Philadelphia. However, Cassidy has been unable to see eye-to-eye with the popular Maybach Music artist. Instead of collaborations, Cassidy has done disses aimed directly at Meek Mill.
It turned out that Cassidy was not the only Philadelphia native who had issues with Meek Mill, as local pastor, Jomo Johnson, also had issues with him. Jomo Johnson called Meek Mill out over his lyrics and the two argued live on radio. Now, Jomo Johnson can be found working alongside Cassidy on his new EP and his biography.
Last week, Cassidy announced that he was working with Jomo Johnson. Earlier this evening, Jomo Johnson began promoting the official promo video via Twitter. The promo video for the latest Cassidy project has officially been released to the internet. Cassidy has planned the release of both a new book and an EP.
