Out West, the game has changed. There is still respect for the originators and the world will forever view Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and Ice Cube as the legends. Meanwhile, the emergence of all the young talent in Los Angeles has elevated Game to elder statesman. Casey Veggies is definitely one “New West” artist having a major impact.

In the midst of all these mixtape releases, Casey Veggies released his new LP, Life Changes, which some feel is 2013’s strongest release, so far. Casey Veggies flooded the internet with his new project and has continued to show why many feel he is next in the game. With a management deal with Roc Nation, Casey Veggies is well on his way.

XXL interviewed Casey Veggies earlier today and he talked about Life Changes. Casey Veggies explained the cover art and his collaboration with Dom Kennedy. Later, Casey Veggies talked about other collaborations on his street album and his management deal with Roc Nation. The company, which is owned by Jay-Z, manages Kanye West, Rihanna, and Wale.
