A few months ago, Cardi B’s 2018 ‘Invasion of Privacy,’ project became the longest-charting debut album by a female rapper on the Billboard 200 chart. She broke the record at 92 consecutive weeks. IOP continues to win big as it’s surpassed another impressive achievement.

According to Chart Data, IOP is the first debut album by a female rapper to spend 100 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. It featured the singles “Bartier Cardi” featuring 21 Savage, “Be Careful” and “I Like It” feat. J Balvin and Bad Bunny. It has since been certified 3x platinum by the RIAA as well.

Prior to 2019 coming to a close, IOP also became the most streamed female rap album in Spotify’s history. Other fan-favorite records were “Get Up 10” and “Ring” feat. Kehlani. She had a successful year in 2019 too as she saw success with her “Press” and “Please Me” feat. Bruno Mars singles. Cardi is expected to release her sophomore album sometime in 2020.
