Cardi B has had massive success over the past two weeks with her new “WAP” single featuring Megan Thee Stallion. It is still the No. 1 song in the country and has already reached platinum status. Cardi is taking her time on her sophomore album though and fans still have her debut album, ‘Invasion of Privacy,’ in rotation.

Invasion of Privacy was released back in April of 2018 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It was led by hit singles such as her breakout “Bodak Yellow,” “Ring” feat. Kehlani, and “I Like It” feat. J Balvin and Bad Bunny. This project has broken plenty of records since then but now, it has added another impressive accomplishment to its resume.

According to Chart Data, Invasion of Privacy is now the longest-charting album by a female rapper in Billboard 200 history. This is after reaching the 124-week mark. Cardi took to social media to celebrate another huge W in her career.

“It feels very good! Thank you guys for still supporting and listening to invasion of privacy.Working on my second album,it’s takin time but I want to make sure i put a amazing project.”

Hopefully, Cardi’s second album arrives sooner than we think. With all of the anticipation, it could very well see the dame success that Invasion of Privacy did. As of now, IOP is certified 3x platinum by the RIAA in the US.
