Cardi B has been one of the hottest artists in the game since 2017 and it all started that year with the release of her breakout single ‘Bodak Yellow,’ She had already built momentum for herself as an artist after her appearances on Love and Hip-Hop New York.
Bodak Yellow went on to appear on Cardi’s debut studio album ‘Invasion of Privacy‘ which was released in April of 2018. This project is 3x platinum and now Bodak Yellow continues to win big in a major way as it is now certified 9x platinum by the RIAA, according to Chart Data. Cardi took to Instagram to celebrate another huge win by thanking her fans.
