The people in the city of Minneapolis are fueled with fury from the murder of George Floyd by the local Minneapolis police. As a result, they have taken matters into their own hands. Four police officers were terminated but not yet arrested nor convicted for the murder.
Even the mayor, Jacob Frey, has spoken out in deep emotion as to why the arrests have not been made. Riots have broken out all over the city as businesses are looted, buildings set ablaze, and tear gas has spread. Amidst all of the chaos, a local reporter asks a young black protester what it would take for “them” to be okay tonight and stop the chaos.
The young man replied with power and passion:
“It ain’t me. It’s not ‘us guys’ either. I’m glad ya’ll said that.
It’s not us.
It’s the police.
This is the madness that they spark up. This is what they encourage. This is what they provoke. This is what you get. Out of you taking a loved one from someone. This is what you get. You get a lot of people that’s hurt. And can’t fix it the right way. They can no longer depend on the police to protect us like they say they’re going to do. So this is what you get.
And no it’s not going to end today.
I can’t tell you it’s going to end tomorrow. I don’t know when it’s going to end. But it’s for ya’ll to start. We not the ones killing us. Ya’ll killing us. We can’t make a change if ya’ll don’t change…”
Meanwhile at the killer’s residence, over 50 police officers are lined in front of their ex-colleague’s home as if to protect him from the outraged people of Minneapolis as they’ve pulled up ready for war. A young Caucasian girl by the name of Chloe Jo posts a video on Instagram repeating “Look how f***in’ many of them are defending this killer’s house. Look how f***in’ many of them are defending this killers house..” as she walks down a long line of masked police officers standing in silence.
It has now been brought to our attention that the highways are on fire and the police station has been burned down.
