#BoycottWalmart: Twitter is done with Walmart after learning of their decision to continue selling guns, but no longer promoting violent video game ads

In the wake of the mass shooting in El Paso, which took place at a local area Walmart, the company decided to make a major change. Because of the violence, Walmart is no longer advertising violent video games. A change in the right direction, yes, but…

The big but of this situation is that Walmart is not discontinuing its selling of firearms. Many have noted, since that story broke, how that is somewhat hypocritical. Now, the masses of Twitter have gotten hold of the story.

#BoycottWalmart has now taken social media over, as outraged people are going after Walmart, the retail giant. Due to the company not taking a stand against firearms, the people are taking a stand against them. Of course, this has caused major uproar between the boycotting people and the conservatives of Twitter.
