Listen folks, Just say no to drugs! Shad Moss aka Bow Wow recently came clean this week on his Twitter and Instagram confessional about his addiction to “Lean”, better known as a promethazine and codeine cough syrup cocktail. Following the death of Mac Miller, he brought his stark reality to the light “To the youth- Stop with these dumb *ss drugs. I’m going to let something out…”
We’re glad he’s not sippin’ the syrup anymore and is using his social media platform for the greater good. Here’s to hoping if youngin’s aren’t paying attention in D.A.R.E class (a program taught in schools to keep kids off drugs) they are paying attention to the very real, sad and sudden deaths of celebrities in the industry.
“We want you here. You have so much life.”
The future is “lean” and controlled substances free, folks.
