Internet played the biggest part in hip hop than it previously did in 2012. With the internet keeping artists relevant, several artists emerged as stars. In addition to the emerging stars, many veterans enjoyed comebacks. Having numerous outlets obviously paid off for the growing number of rappers, including Trae Tha Truth.
Boost Mobile is often referred to in hip hop songs and now they are reaching back out to the hip hop community. Crooked I, a longtime West Coast artist, and member of Slaughterhouse, recently spoke to Boost Mobile for their Be Heard Sessions. Trae Tha Truth is the latest artist to sit down with Boost Mobile.
Earlier this year, Trae Tha Truth took his mixtape game to another level when he met with T.I. and signed to Grand Hustle Records. During the interview, Trae Tha Truth spoke on his overall history in the rap game. Long before signing with Grand Hustle Records, Trae Tha Truth built a solid track record in Texas hip hop.
