Last year, Boosie was dealt bad news and the hip hop world was ready to say goodbye to him. Thankfully, Boosie wasn’t ready to say goodbye, yet. Instead, he was ready to continue delivering new music, as he was only out of prison for a year.

Boosie was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, but he went through the operation to have it removed. Fortunately, Boosie has not had a occurrence since that time. This has allowed him to keep putting the music out that made him famous.

“The Breakfast Club” recently spoke to Boosie, as he sat down with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. During the interview, he talked about his name change, which gradually began upon his prison release. Beating cancer is definitely worth discussing, so he explained that and then went onto speaking on why he hates New York strip clubs, and much more.
