Eleven, almost twelve, years ago, Bobby V emerged as the brightest new star in R&B. Signed to Ludacris’ DTP, which was with Def Jam, Bobby V won fans over, because he brought a new sound to the game. He posted two hits with “Slow Down” and “Tell Me,” with Lil Wayne on the remix.
Bobby V would also provide the hook on Ludacris’ “Pimpin’ All Over The World” single. A few years later, Bobby V would find himself going solo. He went on “The Breakfast Club” and joked with Charlamagne about his independent struggle.
Recently, Bobby V visited “The Breakfast Club,” along with Tangie B. Moore, the director of his Hollywood Hearts movie. The film goes along with his new album, which Bobby tells DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God is his best album yet. During the interview, Bobby V tells all, even speaking on his “Love & Hip Hop” appearance.
