#BlitterTwitter is a thing, right now, as Blitter users return to Twitter after being “sniped” and some people have accused Pat of “scamming”

What a lot of people fail to realize is that it takes time to build a brand and make it work right. Everything about Blitter was innovative, as the creators looked to capture Black Twitter and put it in black hands. But, doing something like taking on Twitter is easier said than done.

Twitter came in and took on the whole discussion forum concept and made it to a micro-landscape. Since then, the past eleven years have been filled with people tweeting about everything. As innovative as the whole Blitter community is, the competition is stiff.

Since October, a great deal of Black Twitter has spent their time on Blitter, and they have enjoyed that time. Suddenly, they are flooding back into Twitter, saying they got “sniped” on Blitter, which must mean they were kicked off the platform. With the tweets piling in, some people are accusing Pat, the founder, of scamming.
