The executive-turned-rapper is facing a lawsuit from Billionaire Mafia, LLC. Lana Fuchs, the head of the company, booked Birdman to perform at Club Eve this past Wednesday.br /br /Fuchs set the deal up with Philip Brutus, a lawyer who claims to represent both Birdman and Nicki Minaj. After speaking with the lawyer, Fuchs paid $50,000 in advance and $25,000 after receiving a contract signed by Birdman, supposedly. Lana Fuchs paid a total of $75,000 for a no-show.br /br /Responding to the allegations, Birdman said he never signed any of those papers. Those close to him say the signature looks nothing like Birdman’s signature. It is looking like someone may have forged Birdman’s name on the contract in order to receive payment.
