Benny The Butcher to release “Tana Talk 4” album, on February 11

Last week, Benny The Butcher released his first single of 2022, and it was an epic one for sure. This was “Johnny P’s Caddy,” ft. J Cole. Fans went on to praise the lyricism from both rappers, as they delivered some of the hardest bars of the year, already. This record was also produced by Alchemist.

Johnny P’s Caddy will also appear on the fourth installment of Benny’s “Tana Talk” series. The Buffalo rapper has been teasing the release of this album for over a month. Now, the official release date is here, courtesy of the legendary DJ Premier. Tana Talk 4 is set for a February 11 release.

Premier posted a video with Benny, as he revealed that he got an early listen of Tana Talk 4. On Twitter, Premier said “TT4 (2/11)  @BennyBsf @Daringer_.@Alchemist. Got Me A Preview Listen…” In the background, one of the songs from the album was playing.

Benny’s previous Tana Talk project was released as a mixtape, back in November 2018. That featured collaborations with Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, Royce Da 5’9, and more. 2021 also saw Benny release multiple projects, such as “The Plugs I Met 2,” “Pyrex Picasso,” and “Trust The Sopranos.” He even appeared on Rick Ross’ new “Richer Than I Ever Been” album, on the “Rapper Estates” song. An announcement went on to be made by Benny that same month, that he signed a deal with Def Jam.
