Every night, in the NBA, a star is born, and that’s what’s so dope about the playoffs. Certain teams fly under the radar, but they are guaranteed national TV time, in the playoffs. There are a lot of people who are watching this Philadelphia 76ers team, for the first time.
The Sixers, led by Ben Simmons, have surprised a lot of fans, and a lot of critics. Yeah, they were definitely favorites to get to the playoffs, but nobody had them beating out Cleveland for the third seed. On top of that, they finished 52-30.
But, the Sixers have a balanced roster and Ben Simmons is definitely a force of nature. Look at how he faked the Miami Heat out, in that fake handoff to JJ Redick, and look no further. The fans on Twitter are shocked that Ben Simmons doesn’t have a jumpshot, because, if he did, he’d really be a force of nature.
