Ever since Meek Mill decided to diss Drake, he has faced all kinds of backlash from the public. What had to hurt the most was Meek Mill facing backlash from Philadelphia. The last person to receive such a big home defeat was Mitt Romney in 2012.
Most consider the Meek Mill/Drake beef decidedly over. It provided tons of bright spots, including a brief revisit of the 50 Cent/Ja Rule beef. Now, however, most have written Meek Mill off, especially as he basically conceded defeat.
Beanie Sigel, however, is highly upset with how things turned out, especially how Philadelphia acted. No stranger to beef, Beanie Sigel took on Jay Z during The Blueprint 3 promotional campaign. But, for how Philadelphia acted, Beanie Sigel referred to them as “house niggas” for turning on Meek Mill.
