Not too long ago, Bankroll Fresh was one of the many mixtape rappers receiving moderate success. But, he went back in, rebranded and now he is one of the hottest rappers out. In fact, Bankroll Fresh may just be one of the biggest breakout artists of 2015.
Hip Hop Vibe’s DJ Charlie Hustle caught up with Bankroll Fresh and Travis Porter during the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards weekend. This was right when Bankroll Fresh was taking off. The “Hot Boy” single was gaining traction in the streets.
Bankroll Fresh is now sitting down with DJ Smallz and he is speaking with him about his success. Everything really got kickstarted for Bankroll Fresh with the “Hot Boy” record and it gained him a lot of attention. DJ Smallz talked to Bankroll Fresh about this, as he reflected on the success the single had.
