Fully establishing himself as a record executive, T.I. was imprisoned when B.o.B. released his debut album. Immediately, B.o.B. landed in the top ten, releasing three chart-topping singles. Easily one of 2010’s biggest breakout artists, B.o.B. made plans to release a second album in 2011.

Ultimately, B.o.B. would release this album in 2012, which was met with strong critical reviews. On the “Ray Bands” single off Strange Clouds, B.o.B. left a hint of what was to come in the line “after Strange Clouds, I’ma drop my rock album.” Now, B.o.B. is working on this rock project and his third studio album.

In Philadelphia, B.o.B. talked to Hip Hop Since 1987 about some of his upcoming work, including his next album. With him letting the fans name his album, B.o.B. talked about this. B.o.B. also opened up about not being featured on MTV’s annual list, “Hottest MCs in the Game.”
