There are many talented artists with a strong and growing buzz who have effectively killed their own careers through social media. Among the poster children of how not to use social media while pursuing a career as a hip hop artist is Azealia Banks. One year ago, Azealia Banks gained Twitter infamy when she began targeting Iggy Azalea and T.I. on Twitter. Responding to each interview on Twitter, she even went after her own collaborator, Diplo.
Recently, Azealia Banks took to her Twitter to reveal she may soon be leaving her account again, this time permanently. She revealed she had to turn her password in, which may work to her advantage as an artist. After making this post, Azealia Banks deleted her tweet and continued with her regular postings.
