The reason FX’s “Atlanta” has won over the masses is due to the realism it provides. Other than that, the show features the real rappers who are making an impact in Atlanta. Had things gone differently, no doubt there would be a Bankroll Fresh cameo in the show.
But, because of how things transpired, Bankroll PJ ended up being the person to make the cameo. During the scene where Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry) is riding with Zan (Freddie Kuguru), Bankroll PJ shined through. He plays Zan’s son, who is his “business partner.”
During the scene, Bankroll PJ puts down one piece of cursing before Zan sends him to deliver a pizza. Expecting a tip, Bankroll PJ’s character gets robbed, disgusting Paper Boi, and he walks off. But, Twitter was excited to have him on the show and let it be known.
