Honestly, the hip hop community hasn’t had much love for neither DJ Akademiks, nor YesJulz. However, everybody seems to be here for their Twitter beef. In this case, Akademiks has the overwhelming support of the hip hop world.
Akademiks often is ridiculed, but his hustle has to be respected. He came up off the gossip that surrounds the hip hop world, spread across social media. That, Akademiks turned into over 1 million Twitter followers and over 5 million on Instagram.
When Complex premiered “Everyday Struggle,” Akademiks brought his audience over in droves, doubling Complex’s video traffic. So, everything he does brings an audience. His argument with YesJulz turned nasty, as Ak ended up sharing her sextape to the Twitter world.
