Although Sway Calloway is always holding it down for MTV and Shade 45 in New York City, he is from the West Coast. Arguably, Sway is hip hop media’s biggest figure and now that he has a stable position, he is giving back to his hometown. A new star coming from Oakland is Adrian Marcel, a rising singer.
Adrian Marcel is emerging and he recently released his Weak After Next mixtape, which gained all positive reviews. His new mixtape is picking up steam and, to promote it, Adrian Marcel is touring with Keyshia Cole. This comes right when he has two singles blowing up.
Sway invited Adrian Marcel to Shade 45 to do “Sway In The Morning” and he spoke on his rising career. Adrian Marcel talked about the Bay Area hip hop scene, Keyshia Cole, not revealing his race, his new singles, and he performed. Dude put on a full show for Sway’s audience.
