Coming into 2014, Ace Hood promised this year would be another career year for him. Representing Broward County, Ace Hood was one of the first artists from that area to go national. Alongside DJ Khaled, they have helped put the whole region of Miami and Fort Lauderdale on the map in hip hop.
Ace Hood started a popular mixtape series in 2012 with Starvation, which is a cult classic. Last year, Ace Hood followed the tape up with Starvation II, a holdover for his album. Whether or not Ace Hood will put out an album in 2014 remains to be seen, but he will drop Starvation III.
Earlier this week, Ace Hood released the official artwork for the mixtape. A lot of alternate covers were released in promotion of the project. But, this current tape is being spread all over Instagram and Twitter, as Ace Hood readies the mixtape for its official release, which is due on January 17, MLK Day.
