The lack of empathy some people have is really telling. It is bad enough that George Floyd died, but even worse that people don’t see that there is an underlying problem. On the day of the man’s funeral, no less, does a “joke” about his death go viral.

Many honest conversations, along with protests, have taken place to show why these things are taken place. But, it has still fallen on plenty of death ears, countering “Black Lives Matter,” with “All Lives Matter.” In this email, there was more mockery.

Aaron Case, of Bellville, North Carolina, is the Pre Construction Operations Manager for Logan Homes. In a company email, he spoke on an associate being non responsive. At the end, he added a joke about having to stand on some necks, obviously referencing the George Floyd situation.
