Nine days removed from the release of Long.Live.A$AP, A$AP Rocky is still the major talk in the rap game. Since A$AP Rocky released his album, a couple of mixtapes came from MMG standouts, Gunplay and Rockie Fresh. Los Angeles’ YG also released his long-awaited mixtape last week.

But, when it comes to albums, A$AP Rocky is the first rapper to put out a project in 2013 and many more albums are coming. However, the A$AP Mob has made their contribution for 2013 and the focus is now on their compilation album. With Rocky moving a couple thousand copies shy of 150,000, he has amassed much attention here recently.

A$AP Rocky recently spoke to Google Play and he opened up about life after putting his debut album out. Google Play talked to A$AP Rocky about the movement put forth by the A$AP Mob and their impact. The “Wassup” music video was also mentioned and A$AP Rocky talked about the films that inspired it.
