A$AP Ferg reveals “Trap Lord” release target date with XXL

Over at RCA Records, the roster is rapidly expanding. Back in 2011, RCA signed A$AP Rocky and started 2013 off signing Kid Ink. But, there was another major signing by RCA Records when A$AP Ferg was also signed to the RCA label. Rising to fame, A$AP Ferg released his breakout hit single, “Work.”

The A$AP Mob is slowly taking over the rap game. In the mainstream, A$AP Rocky first met the mainstream. Immediately loved, the world was soon introduced to the A$AP Mob and their unique sound. A$AP Ferg looks as if he will be the next breakout artist from the camp, as his mixtape Trap Lord is in the works.

XXL talked to A$AP Ferg about both his success and his upcoming mixtape. While A$AP Ferg has not set an exact release date for his new mixtape, he has pinpointed a specific timeframe for the project. Without giving up too much, A$AP Ferg revealed he would be releasing his mixtape sometime in late February or early March.
