It looks as if 6ix9ine and Casanova are going through beef. When he dropped the “Set Trippin” promo, 6ix9ine called him out for not having the same kind of energy when they met in person. With the video now out, 6ix9ine is talking about how he can literally pull every rapper’s card, which makes it seem like Casanova is who he’s talking about.
