The Queens rapper felt his project, emCurtis/em, was mishandled by the label. 50 Cent made the statement that he owed Interscope two more albums and he would likely leave.br /br /In 2010, 50 Cent began working on this “final album.” It was during this time when 50 was rumored to be well on his way to Def Jam. While a deal with Def Jam was not established, 50 Cent did align G-Unit Records with EMI and Lloyd Banks released his latest album through them.br /br /50 Cent announced he would be a free agent following the release of his next album.
