50 Cent says there is “not a chance” of Game ever returning to G-Unit

50 Cent 14Ten years ago, 50 Cent was the hottest rapper in the game and he was preparing to introduce G-Unit to the world. They already did the Beg For Mercy album and 50 Cent had them working on solo albums. Missing from the album was Game, but he was in all the 2004 music videos and had his own single out late in the year.

When Game released his first single, he became the hottest member in G-Unit outside of 50 Cent. How quickly he flamed is what likely led to the tension between him and 50 Cent, which came to an ugly head. Since then, Game has spent the past nine years going from hating 50 Cent to wanting a G-Unit reunion.

This weekend, at Hot 97’s Summer Jam 2014, there was a G-Unit reunion, but Game was not a part of it. A lot of people who thought they would make peace with 50 Cent and G-Unit, such as Ja Rule, had no chance. In a Reddit chat, 50 Cent was asked if he would welcome Game back into the camp and he said “not a chance.”
