The past two summers, 50 Cent has owned it in a whole new way, unlike how he did before. Before, 50 Cent would own the summer… the winter… the fall… and the spring with his music. He has accepted that it slowed down and he got into business ventures.
Currently, 50 Cent is promoting “Power,” the Starz drama he is involved in. The series stars Omari Hardwick and Naturi Naughton, playing the separated couple of Ghost and Tasha. With Hardwick’s Ghost being a drug lord, 50 Cent’s character of Kanan was his rival.
While Kanan died at the hands of Ghost in the “Power” season two finale, he lives on via Instagram. This week, 50 Cent has been promoting his Kanan persona on Instagram. It turns out, all of this is for The Kanan Tape, his eight track mixtape for which he released the mixtape cover for via Instagram.
